How long do I have to wait for my order?

The delivery takes place for articles which are immediately available within 2 to 3 working days by DHL (German post).

We mark our items with the following terms to provide you with the actual availability immediately when you place your order:

Immediately available: We have this item in stock. If we receive the order on a working day by 12:00, the item is usually packed and shipped on the same day.

Currently not available: We will notify you when the product is available again. Just leave your email address with the product.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipment is made by DHL (Deutsche Post AG) for delivery within Germany. Shipments to other European countries are delivered by DPD.

Shipping for deliveries under 50,- EUR is done with Deutsche Post as a letter in standard shipping. Tracking of the shipment is therefore not possible.

Note: Proper customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer of the goods!

Is there express shipping?

Unfortunately, express shipping is not possible at this time.

What are the payment options?

For payment, you can choose between PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, APPLE PAY and KLARNA. For these payment methods, secure payment is handled by the operator mollie.

Paypal payment

When paying via PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website for payment within the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment.

If you are new to PayPal, you can sign in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. If you return one or more items, the corresponding value of goods will be credited back to your PayPal account. PayPal offers various payment options that you can deposit there as a PayPal customer.

Credit card payment

We accept Visa & MasterCard. In order to guarantee the protection of credit card details, all data is transmitted in encrypted form via SSL and is therefore protected from access by third parties. 

After selecting this payment method, please have your credit card ready. You will be asked to enter your credit card number, the expiration date and the card verification number. The card verification number is the three digits on the back of your card. The invoice amount will be charged to your credit card. If you return one or more items, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to the credit card originally charged.
